What you type into the application form, and your CV if you choose to attach one. Your answers to the online test, and whether text was pasted into its written answer. Notes and marks from your phone call and interview. Our phone calls are recorded and transcribed for quality, as with all our calls. Emails between us. Anything you tell us would make the test or a phone call easier for you, and what we did about it.
To decide whether to offer you a job. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running a fair, consistent hiring process. We have recorded an assessment of that interest. Anything you tell us about adjustments may be special category data; we use it only to make the process work for you and to meet our duties under the Equality Act 2010.
Answers to the arithmetic and multiple-choice questions in the online test are marked automatically. A member of our recruitment team reads everything before any decision is made. There is no automatic pass or fail, and you can ask us to explain any decision by replying to any of our emails.
Resend (United States) delivers our emails. Microsoft Azure (United Kingdom) hosts our systems. Our phone system provider records and transcribes calls. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Twelve months after your application ends, then we delete your CV and remove your name, contact details and written answers, keeping only anonymous scores for statistics. If you are hired, your application moves to your employee file.
