With the end of the Energy Bill Relief Scheme, EBRS, as of 31st of March, it’s vital that customers take meter reads for electricity and gas, to ensure accurate invoicing from suppliers. We would recommend taking pictures of the reads and if the supplier estimates the reads not in your favour we can ensure the correct reads are used and reduce your bills.
